Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID card, or other government-issued photo ID. jlph3 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jlph3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jlph3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jlph3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlph3 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. jlph3 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed for verified accounts only. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jlph3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
All transactions on the jlph3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlph3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jlph3 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the account dashboard. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on jlph3 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

jlph3 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, jlph3 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
All games available on the jlph3 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by jlph3 or any third party after a bet has been placed.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jlph3's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record for the purposes of settling bets. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. jlph3 is not liable for any loss arising from a technical failure on the player's device, internet connection, or browser.

jlph3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlph3's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jlph3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlph3 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlph3 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the services.
jlph3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
